  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our quality control team.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
